The National Bureau of Certified Consultants has elected Richard G. Ligus CMC, President of Rockford Consulting Group, as a certified member. He has attained the designation of Certified Professional Consultant to Management (CPCM). Certification by the NBCC signifies that an individual consulting practitioner has met specific requirements of character, education, experience, competence and ethics, and practices as a consultant subject to actions that maintain high standards of dignity.
Mr. Ligus is a manufacturing management consultant with over 30 years experience in engineering, procurement, manufacturing and distribution. He is an author, a speaker, has appeared on Mid-Morning Magazine, WREX-TV, and has developed seminars for the American Management Association. Mr. Ligus is also certified by the Institute of Management Consultants.
Mr.
Ligus has a BSME from the New Jersey Institute of Technology; and an
MBA from Rutgers University. He is a Member of CASA/SME; and has been
listed in Jane's Who's Who in Aviation and Aerospace.
